It is a requirement that each one our trainers have or are obtaining college degrees that correlate directly with exercise/health/fitness/nutrition related fields that pertain to anatomy and physiology. They also hold many CrossFit certifications. We have infinite experience compared to any CrossFit box around. Our team didn’t just go to a weekend seminar and take a short test. What does this mean for you? Less risk of injury we stay on the leading edge of injury prevention by having a knowledgeable staff. Our Team is always ready to offer advice. She fell in love with Crossfit’s distinct style of fitness training that incorporates strength, endurance, gymnastics, and mobility to help people become more functional and efficient in their everyday lives. As a coach, Izzie aspires to help every one of our athletes see their mental and physical potential through fitness and exercise. After unsuccessful gym regimens I sought out an alternative way to make strength improvements and lose weight. JRCrossFit has provided an avenue for measurable weight loss, the ability to compete, and grown holistically together in a community of people that I now consider family.
Since joining JR CROSSFIT about 7 months ago, I’ve not only gained confidence in life and in my workouts, but I’ve gained a great support system. All the friends I’ve made along the way really have made my experience worth it. From the early text to make sure you’ll be at the box today, to the coaches cheering you on from the sideline making sure your pushing with all you got on that last round. JR has become my home away from home, and a place where I will continue to become the best version of myself.

All my life I have always been heavy. A few years back I was put on blood pressure medicine, was borderline diabetic and pushing almost 400 lbs.
Today I no longer take any medicine. I’ve lost 80lbs, I feel better, I look better and perform better. I’m not winded anymore when doing simple tasks and my health is improving. The environment here is so encouraging. They make you feel as if you can do it and after being told I could, my mindset started to change and now I can do it!
