My fitness journey is ongoing – New goals means continual motivation. It’s sometimes hard to find that motivation especially if you lack discipline. That’s one reason I’m relying on my accountability partners to help give me that extra push!
As of now, I am down 4 lbs. Has my diet been clean eating the entire time? No. However, it has gotten A LOT better!
I’m proud to say I haven’t had any sodas during the weeks and only two on the weekends (My downfall).
My workouts consisted of 5 the first week, four the next, three the 3rd week, and the 4th week only one:/
However, I am staying on track and working on staying motivated.
