Owner/Head Coach
Jason Mitoke
Jason Mitoke is the owner/head coach of Waco Barbell. He started his fitness journey in 2012 with crossFit while in the Navy. He started coaching CrossFit and personal training in 2015. In 2018 he transitioned to weightlifting to get stronger for CrossFit and fell in love with coaching and competing in weightlifting so he continued to do only weightlifting since and decided to start Waco’s only USAW sanctioned Barbell club (Waco Barbell).
